After helping Karen and her team set up a new dotcom venture in a stunning East London warehouse, she called us with a new challenge – to find her an equally stunning home. So we started where we always do – with a conversation. We quickly found out exactly what Karen was looking for and that she had a few concerns about the area, including the impact of work on the nearby Crossrail. So the search began.

And it wasn’t long before we found the perfect house – a 3 bedroom Georgian townhouse just a moment’s walk from Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Liverpool Street station. An incredible mix of beautiful architecture and design features that we knew our client would love as much as we did.

“Sure enough Space Station came up with the perfect house,” says Karen. “I even bought it before it came on the market, which was really good for me and the vendor who wasn’t quite ready to put it up for sale as it was initially tenanted. We exchanged 10 days after we agreed terms. The street is marvellous and I love my new home.”
