Hackney City Farm

A hidden oasis tucked away in the innermost urban environment, this is a great and stimulating place to visit with children

For decades, this urban farm has provided local children with an antidote to urban East End life. Run by a team of volunteers, there is a lot to see at the farm: hives full of bees, an impressive vegetable garden and animals to feed and pet. There are also various other activities on offer for children such as pottery and mosaic making and the farm is also a home for local social enterprise and community groups.
